Trump gets sentenced on Friday in the Bragg / Merchan railroading case. Merchan has said he's likely to impose "unconditional discharge" on Trump. That is, in effect, making Trump guilty of the charges but imposing ZERO sentence on him for those charges... :whoa:

That will leave Trump free to appeal the case on a number of almost certain to get it overturned in its entirety grounds months later. That is, Trump ends up NOT being a felon, and the case being nothing but a net boon to Trump's reelection. That is, Bragg and Merchan rather than crippling Trump's reelection, energized his base to turn out and poke them in the eye by electing Trump to the Presidency.

But he is a felon, a convicted felon, convicted in a jury trial, and all your what Trump is going to do isn’t changing that, remember, he also said Mexico was going to pay for a Wall amongst other things

I think my favorite of that era was "The rise and fall of the third reich" by William L. Shirer


I know you haven't read it, or you wouldn't make such stupid accusations.


A book that would do you soul good, is the collects works of John Locke, particularly the treatise that covers how the right to rule comes from the consent of the governed.
