This was Trayvon's aspiration. Even joined an aviation club for juniors. Zimmerman saw to it that Trayvon would never FLY. Nevertheless WALK on earth again.

Also NOTE: Apparently there were those who questioned the authenticity of the photo---likely many here, had they seen it. SNOPES has an entry...

FACT CHECK: Doubter Spacesnopes.comA photograph purportedly showing shooting victim Trayvon Martin at Space Camp in 2009 is real, although it's actually from Experience Aviation.

Claim: A photograph shows shooting victim Trayvon Martin at Space Camp in 2009.

MOSTLY TRUE
Summary: A photograph of Trayvon Martin at a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) Education Coalition-related activity is real, although it was taken at Experience Aviation and not at Space Camp (or Aviation Challenge Camp).Example: [Collected via e-mail and Facebook, September 2015]

I saw a facebook post with a picture of a young black youth from 2009. The post says: Notice how we never knew Trayvon Martin went to space camp. How media shapes black boy narratives.

Is this really a picture of Trayvon Martin at Space Camp?

I’ve seen this circulating on Twitter and Facebook… this particular one is from “The Other 98%.”

Its a photo supposedly of Trayvon Martin at Space Camp taken on 8/11/2009. I’ve been unable to find a reputable source corroborating its authenticity but it appears to be fake in order to advance a particular political persuasion.

Origins: In late September 2015, Florida resident George Zimmerman (acquitted of criminal charges in the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin in 2012) attracted media attention once again after re-tweeting a photograph of Martin’s body. Consequently, a social media claim about photograph documenting Martin’s attendance at a Space Camp gained related traction.Renewed interest in the photograph of Martin at Space Camp didn’t begin with Zimmerman’s controversial Twitter activity, as copies of it were circulating several weeks prior (in August 2014):

Trayvon's actions of attacking someone saw he wouldn't walk again. Zimmerman made sure Trayvon couldn't continue to thug.

Didn't make the news when a 'TBU' (traditionally black university) conferred a posthumous 'aviators' award to his parents.

No one is surprised a TBU would honor someone that lived the life of a thug. Most TBUs are a place where those that can't get into a reputable university go in order to think they've done something.

Liberals don't think so, do they?

Just like they don't think Trump was exonerated, but insist that Jussie the Joke was.

It doesn't matter what they think. Their mindset is that if they don't like the decision, it was wrong.

Trayvon Martin was a thug who was likely planning on robbing a house that night and attacked Zimmerman. The media created a false narrative by only showing pictures of Martin when he was a child, and ignoring his criminal past and what he was doing that night.
I'm not happy he's dead, but I don't think he was a good guy either.

You made that up. You are being dishonest. You should be ashamed. It was halftime on a basketball game and the kids ran out to buy some junk from a party store. That is not a crime.

When Zimmerman found Martin, he was walking around in the rain looking into people's houses, in a neighborhood that had a series of break-ins.
