The details: 34 charges connected to a 2016 hush money payment.

Planned trial date: March 25

Last week: Seemingly out of the blue, Donald Trump’s legal team moved to abandon its bid to have the state charges against him moved to federal court. This case, in one sense the most historic because it marked the first criminal charges leveled against a former president, has also been the quietest and the slowest of the four.

Madeup bullshit. Hush money is not illegal, unless it's to cover up a crime.

It wasn't, you moron; it was cleared by the FEC years ago.
