The core base of the Republican Party is the primary danger our Republic faces right now…not just Trump.

The Republican Party did not become the pond scum it is at the moment just because Trump was elected president. Trump was elected president because the pond scum had become the core of that party.

No golf?

Nah, no golf. It is a gorgeous day here...and I suspect it is where you are also, RB. We are certainly getting very lucky with autumn so far.

Had a HUGE stag in the backyard last week. Had had rack on him that looked to be ten points. He was majestic standing there almost daring me to come closer. Thought of all my hunting friends in Pennsylvania. What a prize he woulda been. I don't hunt...or as my best friend from Pennsylvania would describe it, "He is a worthless, golfing wussy who eats meat and wears leather belts and shoes, but who doesn't have the guts to be a hunter."

Nice here too. I cleaned up leaves, went to gun club yesterday and had just as many leaves down again when I got home. Going out to do it again today (gonna rain tomorrow). Grrr...

Yes, hunting is big here in PA. The usual clowns trying to sight in their hunting rifles were at our gun club because deer season is the first Mon. after Thanksgiving. There hasn't been much riff-raff at the club lately, only members and guests are allowed, but even a few of the members are assholes.

Doing pretty well here, hope you are too. You and your family stay safe as well.
