So, the Black Book of Communism isn't taken seriously by anyone as a source, even among the most vocal anti-communists.
Also, the graphic you posted with the funny picture of based Stalin in the background has no source but some random website run by some neck beard, and literally nobody, including, again, the most anti-communist scholars accept anything close to those numbers. Also, grown-ups post academic sources to back up their claims, not shitty sensationalist graphics.

Yes but Vlad was an integral operative for the Soviet Union as a Communist party member and was a high ranking officer in the ferocious Communist killing machine known as the KBG, for 16 years, that you aptly criticize in your well constructed piece above.
