Because let's face it, this forum is full of enough people and things that provide the opposite effect. Due to the discussions nature, my ban list is incredibly unforgiving.

Given the low levels of radioactive materials in this area and the guy's age, he has little to worry about. In fact, he's quite right to be helping the animals left behind. Good for him!
