Yeah I remember that incident. It was one of the funniest things I've seen.
Biden was hosting some kind of PRIDE event in the front garden of the White House.
I think there was a RAINBOW FLAG lofted on the front of the WH where the "Stars and Stripes" was officially supposed to be hanging and that caused criticism.
Anyway this garden party was invitation only and the Tranny Chick in the photo was there.
At one point she ran into Brandon and Dr Jill who were roving about on the lawn the lawn had a conversation with Biden - exchanging platitudes about Transgender Rights and what a tremendous idea this gathering at the WH was for the cause, etc. She then posed for photographs of herself standing Biden and Doctor Jill.
Up until then everything seemed reasonably unremarkable. BUT, shortly after she left the Bidens - and to the horror of the public watching the event, at home a media camera zoomed in on this Tranny Chick who had suddenly popped out her oestrogenic "Ta-Tars" and was vigorously jiggling them about in everyone's face. She was soon joined by a group of her buddies who had also popped out they tits and were were also shaking them about in a state of frenzy.
The last thing I recall was these "boobilicious" Trannies being discretely escorted off the WH lawn by security.
Later, Biden had to come out and make some mealy-mouthed spiel about untoward/inappropriate behaviour in public, and I was ROTFL !!
It was all a truly great moment in American politic !
