"TRENTON, New Jersey (CNN) -- The man who raped and killed 7-year-old Megan Kanka -- the 1994 crime that inspired "Megan's Law" -- is one of eight men whose sentences were commuted to life in prison this week as part of New Jersey's new ban on execution."

Isn't this what he talked about for months anyway? I see a clip of his show about once or twice a week and it seems that all the time he is talking about this.

He's claimed he's against the death penalty, so this should be good news for him right?

Well he cant't be allowed to talk about Bush's nominee to be the fossil fuel secretary.

You know I did not even know we had one of those ?
