Do you know how much it costs to buy an entire country, and have them start new lives somewhere else?

I keep seeing 2 trillion euros being stated as the price. It is important to note that is not 2 trillion dollars. We would need to guarantee control over our taxes to the ECB.

I calculated that it would have been cheaper to relocate every man woman and child from Puerto Rico to Florida including buying them a house than the money we spent rebuilding it after the last storm. And there's 2 million of them where Greenland only has 56 thousand.

And the euro is a dollar and three cents currently.
