These are the people who want to force free speech absolutists like Elon and Damocles to censor what they call "misinformation".
 
When living in a successful society, with an abundance of all the needed things, and not actively in a war or two...

I guess people need to make up problems, in order to feel important, and have a 'victory' to celebrate, when the problem is defeated.

I suspect that the problems of male's having a difficult menstrual period are fairly easy to overcome. ( The Chinese communists must be laughing their asses off after getting the U.S. to accept this particular bit of manipulation! )

Let's be kind, they're not Nuts, or Crazy, or Insane, they are just reality-challenged.
