Federal law requires disclosure of any real estate sale >$1,000. Thomas didn’t disclose. (5 U.S. Code § 13104 - Contents of reports)

Then, Thomas’s mother still lived there when tens of thousands of improvements were made.

Thomas sold the property to a super-rich guy, Crow, who was "befriending " him. That is the point of debate.
He also did not show his wife's income in court reporting. https://www.newsweek.com/clarence-thomas-wife-ginni-680k-side-income-1747449 Thomas is hurting the Supreme court. its rating has dropped to levels never seen before. I guess some silly people think judges should be open and honest. You obviously do not care.
