APP - Three reasons I don’t believe the recent Buzzfeed story about Trump

#AMERICAISDEAD
So the new Friday “headline” just in time for the Dumbday morning talk shows is that “Trump ORDERED Cohen to lie to Congress”

Like all of the other “bombshells” I find this to be dubious for the following three reasons

1) The reporter is a known liar getting information from a known liar trying to get himself out of trouble. This same reporter assured us in 2006 that Karl Rove was going to be indicted for “outing” Valerie Plame. The sources are anonymous and showed said reporter no corroborating evidence

2) Why would President Trump tell Cohen to lie about it when Donald Trump Jr told the truth? It makes no sense. If Trump told Cohen to lie, surely he would have told Jr. to lie

3) The report claims that Mullet has “emails and texts” to back up the claim. This doesn’t add up because President Trump is famous for not using email or text messsaging.

The whole story stinks. I don’t believe it

1) Once 12 years ago.
2) Who says Jr told the truth?
3) That does not mean Rump texted or tweeted.

Overall Buzzfeed has a pretty consistent record of printing truthful opinion pieces and OPs. Their publishing the Steele Dossier came under some fire because much of it is difficult to prove and journalism should report confirmed information. Trump's record of dishonest statements and outright lies is so great, he cannot be trusted to tell the truth on whether water is wet. Given Trump's lies a good bet would be on any source that contradicted his words. No gambler would bet on his honesty.
