J. Michael Luttig, a conservative judge who advised the vice president, is scheduled to testify. Judge Luttig advised Mr. Pence that Mr. Trump’s idea that the vice president could unilaterally decide to invalidate election results was unconstitutional, and that he should not go along with the plan.

As the mob attacked the Capitol on Jan. 6 — some of them chanting “Hang Mike Pence!” — Mr. Jacob fired off an email to Mr. Eastman blaming him for the violence.

“Thanks to your bullshit, we are now under siege,” Mr. Jacob wrote at 12:14 p.m.

Just an inkling of what's going to be released on Thursday. It's going to be a barn-burner. I built a new room on my house and bought a 1000 inch big screen for the event.

Mr. Eastman advised Mr. Trump that Mr. Pence could throw out electoral votes from states he had lost, though he conceded during a conversation with Mr. Jacob that his arguments carried no legal weight and would fail before the Supreme Court.

Did everyone know that Pence knew he was a one-termer, so he had a white house reporter with him to "capture the event" LOL.

Pence then after he was almost killed fucked of his responsibilities and made nice with the mad king. There will be an asterix next to all the trump teams' name in the history books. All their titles will be ironic.

If there was ever a moment Pence knew his immediate future was questionable it was when he was being urged to get into that car and leave the area. I mean the Secret Service didn't even whisk Trump away to safety but were intent on getting Pence out of there?

I wonder why?

Just ask them to show you their evidence. They're not going to have it, they'll look for another angle to troll you at which point, ignore them.

Right, Pence was worried about becoming Fredo and taking his last ride with someone in the back seat with a piano wire.

Wow, the Dems have done a tremendous job proving what we all knew. Had they gotten ahold of Pence and their family the Pences would be no more.

So this one's going to focus on the pressure campaign on Pence to force him not to certify the 2020 election. When the pressure failed, trump tried to have Pence killed.

The attack on the capitol, the cops dead, all the lives ruined, just to get one man.

There are no more evil people on Earth than trump and his crime family. Ivanka.. Jerod.. Meadows.. Barr. <-- You fuckers are accessories, for not warning us!
