We need an award. I suggest we give an award to the most stunningy stupid quote of the week, each week. This has to be not merely nonsensical but truly scratch-your-head "Say WHA-at?" Also, it has to be kind of, you know, endearing, in that Toby-esque sort of way.

And, in the spirit of the thing, I have my first nomination.

I think the quote in question, while inane and nearly unintelligible, is far too profound to be slanderously denigrated by giving it the Toby award
