Looks like 9 of the top 10 highest taxed states are Democrat Blue ones.

Wisconsin is a swing state that usually votes Democrat until Trump got into office.

The states mentioned are also the most productive, the richest, and the biggest contributors to the tax pools. They also are more intelligent overall than the right-wing states. The right wing states take the most from the government.
