Top 20 Public Enemies of Freedom and Promoters of Government Dependence

To be fair to old Arnold, even he would look out of place alongside the assorted collection of spinney-eyed loons, rabble-rousers and outright bigots on their list of influential Conservatives.

I never heard any such speculation from the right, I heard the left suggesting that the right would want to, but I don't remember anybody on the right talking that up.
 
This has to be one of the dumbest lists on record.

Most of the so-called top "liberals" aren't liberal by any means.

And if Rudy, Drudge, Gingrich, Linbaugh, and Ingraham are at the top of most influential conservatives .. conservatives Americans should all go hang themselves right away .. instead of waiting for the slow death of conservative ideology brought on by mindless "leadership."

I was waiting for someone to point this out. By my standards they are all liberal, some being worse than others. The Clintons are not as liberal or as vile as the extreme right (and the moderate right that doesn't know any better) makes them out to be, but they are liberal nonetheless. Pelosi is liberal as well. I like very little of thier ideology.

The first part of this I agree with but I think you go to extreme with the last part (the part after the last two dots .. )

Of course it's from a British site, maybe he looks Conservative to them.
 
You are fooling yourselves. These are the most influential. They are the ones with power and sway. You can claim there is some purity of ideals in the grassroots if you like, unfortunately those people are as influential as Ron Paul.

In reality, these are the people you support when you vote Dem or Repub.

Not sure what your definition of liberal is, but if you think the Clinton's are liberal then Limbaugh must be a centrist to you.

If you're doubting that conservative ideology is on the run .. I'd enjoy having that debate with you.

Yeah I tend to think the list is who is most influential but I don't put Clinton at the top, Hillary should be, Gore or Michael Moore.

And ha-ha they put Ron Paul in with the Conservative list, after all true Libertarians vote about 70% as pure Conservatives.

Nope, by my definition Limbaugh is just a nut. (Term borrowed from Barney Fife as he talked about Ernest T. Bass) As to conservative ideology being on the run, when you phrase it that way I will agree. But that it is going to die a "slow death" I would disagree with. You will see it suppressed for a while, Liberals like Hillary will win elections, I agree, because of the Bush blunders and scandals and other dumb (DeLay, etc.) things Republicans have done lately. But die.........nope, I don't think so.

It's funny as hell. He's always painted up with the face paint from the "Never Take My Freedom!" scene in Braveheart, with no shirt and he never makes any sense, just randomly shouts out lines of his movies and pinches his own nipples.
 
Yeah some funny stuff on there, but also too much disgusting stuff to me.
Just an old fogey I suppose....
