1) Global Warming/Climate Change

GOPer: “There is NO global warming….no, wait, there IS global warming, but its not caused by humans….no, wait, there is global warming, it might be partially man’s fault, but there’s nothing we can do about it anyway!…or it might be good for us….no, wait - what was my GOP talking point supposed to be this month/year?

2) The Iraq War

So what if we didn’t find the WMD…it’s probably hidden in Syria, and besides what about those torture chambers and mass graves? There were PLENTY of reasons to invade Iraq. And the coalition of the willing is not falling apart - as Bush once proclaimed, “What about Poland?“. And I never said it would be a cake walk. Of course I predicted it would be a long hard slog. Besides, even if it is a disaster, we’re there NOW. We can’t just retreat and surrender.

3) On President Bush

Who ever said I liked Bush? I never supported him. Republicans never really liked him or sang his praise. Its just that he was just a little better than Clinton/Gore/Kerry. And even if he is the worst president in modern US History, what about Jimmy Carter?

If only we had nominated Joe Lieberman! Then they wouldn't have been "forced" to vote for bush.
 
I still wouldn't vote for Kerry. But I wasn't "forced" to vote for Bush either. I wound up voting for Badnarick.
