There will be a full lunar eclipse tonight for those of you without cloud cover. Unfortunately it will be cloudy here and I won't be able to see it.

The moonrise here yesterday was beautiful! We went out to see the eclipse and it had clouded over so completely in the meantime that we couldn't even see a glow!

Clear...............

on my mountain top...not really all that exciting...the moon was all aglow...then a brownish red took over...then it was gone and back to a glow!
and damn it was cold outside...about 12 degrees last night!
