After controlling the House, Senate and White House for the last two years, Republicans are scrambling to pass some type of bill containing Trump's "wall" funding. The problem is that the House does not have the votes to pass and the Senate has already said any type of Bill containing 5 BILLION for Wall funding is DOA. Several outgoing R's (retirees and mid-term election losers) have already said that they will vote "NO". In addition, many members thinking that the CR was a done deal (because both trump and Pence said it would be signed) have already left DC. This would be very interesting to watch if it were not so sad. I am sure that Putin and Co. are having quite a laugh today.
