They use ACLU funds to 'win' cases in front of friendly Federal judges, then they run back to their law firms and start filing lawsuits and cash in big time on those, lining their pockets with big settlements; I think the new 'norm' for these types of scams is the lawyers get 70% or more of the settlements these days. They're just pieces of shit for the most part.
