Different circumstances, Obama didn’t send military personnel into a foreign nation to abduct a foreign leader. Obama did advise and consult with Congressional leaders beforehand and acted as a member of NATO. A stretch, yes, but nowhere near the audacity of this move, and in addition, Obama came under criticism from both parties, is Trump’s GOP going to question their Messiah’s decision

“We” didn’t go in, those that were bombed were recognized enemies of NATO, and never said Obama got Congressional approval, rather that he consulted and advised Congressional leaders beforehand the event, something Trump did not notnwe with

a combination of US and collation troops were involved to bomb a sovereign nation without congressional approval and his justifications had nothing to do with Americans in danger or imminent danger to us.

We DID go in. Both boots on the ground and massive bombing. Yes, this was in conjunction with NATO. Claiming we "didn't go in" and didn't kill foreign leaders to effect regime change, is a blatant lie.
