Trump allegations and dismissed cases

Though it would be a good idea to have all the allegations, accusations, assertions, and dismissed cases of racism consolidated into one place.

The following list are the items that lefties present as "evidence" of Trumps racism. We know of course, that allegations, accusations, assertions, and dismissed cases are not evidence, but lefties feel compelled to post something, even though they cannot find anything, so they post these items.

1. Non race related stuff: In order for racism to exist, there must be race involved. When lefties post stuff about Mexicans or Muslims as evidence of racism, they aren't even talking about race. Allegations of anti Muslim or anti Mexican comments are not about race, they are about religion and nationality. Not racism.

2. Stuff about Blacks: After lefties discover that they need to actually present evidence about an actual race, they have to go back a half century to when Trump was involved in real estate. Even when they go back this far though there is no evidence of racism. Plenty of allegations, accusations, and dismissed cases, but no evidence.

Trump Plaza was fined $200,000 in 1991 by the New Jersey Casino Control Commission for moving African American and female employees from craps tables in order to accommodate high roller Robert LiButti, a mob figure and alleged John Gotti associate, who was said to fly into fits of racist rage when he was on losing streaks.

There is no indication that Trump was ever questioned in that investigation, he was not held personally liable, and Trump denies even knowing what LiButti looked like

Trump once said that “laziness is a trait in blacks.”

This is a secondhand quote, something that someone has alleged that Trump said. So it should be viewed with some skepticism.

Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino President John R. O’Donnell, in the 1991 book “Trumped,” claimed that Trump once said that “laziness is a trait in blacks.” Here is the full context for the statement, as described in the book. O’Donnell relates a conversation with Trump about a finance employee, who happens to be black and who O’Donnell believes has shortcomings.

Instantly, Donald was enthused. “Yeah, I never liked the guy. I don’t think he knows what the f––– he’s doing. My accountants up in New York are always complaining about him. He’s not responsive. And isn’t it funny, I’ve got black accountants at the Trump Castle and at Trump Plaza. Black guys counting my money! I hate it. The only kind of people I want counting my money are short guys that wear yarmulkes every day. Those are the kind of people I want counting my money. No one else.”

I couldn’t believe I was hearing this. But Donald went on, “Besides that, I’ve got to tell you something else. I think that the guy is lazy. And it’s probably not his fault because laziness is a trait in blacks. It really is, I believe that. It’s not something they can control. … Don’t you agree?”

So this is clearly a secondhand quote, made in a private conversation and written some years after the fact.

Trump was sued for not renting apartments to blacks

Indeed he was, but law suits are not evidence, they are allegations. Here is the outcome:

It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that in
consideration of their affirmative assumption of responsibility
contained in part III herein, the complaint against Fred C.
Trump and Donald J. Trump is dismissed against them in their
personal capacity, with prejudice, as to all allegations
contained therein, and predating this Order.

What dishonest crap. Trumps racism became public 50 years ago, but has been a steady and obvious repetition of racism, ever since. Trump is a hateful bigot. He is proud of it and his followers will lie it away.

I did forget to mention assertions, but these are obvious. Merely asserting an emotional conviction that Trump is a racist will never pass as evidence. Doubling down on assertions or any other non evidence will not turn it into evidence either. No quantity of emotional assertions or allegations qualifies as evidence.

The case was dismissed. The charges were never dropped.

The allegations were dismissed when the case was dismissed.
