For quite some time the deranged leftist across America have been warning us they if Donald trump is elected, America as we know it will cease to be. As the title of the linked article warns, trumps a existential threat to our democracy. You can read the article for all the demented comments.

The real emphasis of this threat though isnt the moronic warnings of leftists but rather why they have decided to allow such a dangerous person to peacefully take control of the govt? Either the "existential threat to democracy" was all bullshit and false outrage to effect the outcome of the election, or they really do see him as at threat but also as an ally to a their ultimate goal of destroying America. Are there options reasons they made allowing a such a dangerous person to take over?

Are you leftists really going to allow a traitorous fascist, Nazi rapist to take over the govt under the guise of "protecting democracy" or for having a "peaceful transition of power"?

So I can guess we conclude that all the stuff about trump being a fascist, Nazi, existential threat to democracy was just pure bullshit. Didn't we all know that already though? You idiots will never learn will you? Not everyone is as stupid as you.

It's official. Leftists are ignorant cockroaches that tried to use fear to make people vote for their incompetent brain dead candidate. We can now assume that anything a leftist says is bull shit.

"existential threat to democracy" is just the radical Left using words they don't know or understand the meaning of, as usual.
So it appears. I had one of the leftist jackasses on another thread say that leftists werent going to stop trump (an existential threat to democracy) from taking office because they want to "...honor what America voted for." Idiots

It is apparent that it was all a lie, they weren't serious and think that they can get away with divisive, inane and dangerous rhetoric and not pay any price for it.

The resistance has already begun in less than a week proving that Democrats are incapable of understanding anything, learning anything or even tolerating anything outside of their lunatic bubble.

Well, if you look up the words "existential" and "existentialism" what you get from the Left saying "Trump is an existential threat to democracy," is that his threat to democracy is variously, depending on how you apply the word "existential" either an imaginary, made up threat, or an individual threat.

Either way, knowing what "existential" really means says that Trump isn't much of a threat to anything, and what the Left is really saying is they just don't like the fucking guy in the least.

Words have meaning, except to the 'Humpty Dumpties" on the Left where they mean whatever made up thing they want them to mean.

People have spoken.
People will find out.
The pointless peon speaks.

Already he wanted to subvert the constitution's designation of the Senate as an 'advise and consent' agency in the appointments of cabinet members by asking them to take a 10 day recess so he can bypass hearings, that's a rather dictator-ish move, wouldn't you say? Oh, so you say other presidents have done many recess appointments. Sure, but cabinet members? Yes, Barr was appointed this way but he was finally confirmed by the Senate, and he had been Deputy AG before, so there was no question of his qualifications. And where the president deliberately asked the senate to take a recess just so that he can make recess appointments? I can't think of that ever happening before, not so deliberately in order to blatantly avoid Senate confirmations. So, while recess appointments have been a tool used by presidents to fill vacancies during Senate recesses, the tactic of a president intentionally requesting the Senate to take a recess for the purpose of making such appointments is not a standard or commonly documented practice in U.S. history.

When we say 'existential threat', sure, that's rhetoric, but we live in a world of rhetoric in the current state of the body politic, but we do mean he is a threat in a number of ways. Trump will use any available trick he can think to avoid normal democratic institutional checks and balances on his power, if he can get away with it. Already, he sought and got 'absolute immunity', What we dems, even some repubs, could never in our wildest imagination believe that even this conservative SC would even grant it to him, yet, here we are. I mean, what more proof do you need tehan that? The idea of absolute immunity never occurred to any president prior to Trump. What kind of man would seek it? A criminal would, most certainly

I agree but if be is a dangerous as they want us to believe he is, then they shouldn't be sitting by doing nothing as he takes control of the govt
