Trump defender Alan Dershowitz: Mueller's final report 'is going to be devastating

Donald Trump defender Alan Dershowitz believes special counsel Robert Mueller’s report will “be devastating to the president,” he said Sunday on ABC News’ “This Week.”

Still, Dershowitz cautioned, the report is unlikely to lead to a criminal case against the pres9dent.

“When I say devastating, I mean it's going to paint a picture that's going to be politically very devastating. I still don't think it's going to make a criminal case,” Dershowitz said. "What I think Mueller is going to do if he's smart is he's not going to take the chance on being rebutted. He's just going to lay out just the facts."

Good.. Trump is a shameful person and that should be exposed.
 
Minimum obstruction and tax cheating. Of course, collusion is on the table too. Trump has been running a criminal enterprise for a long time now from inside the Whitehouse. America will be better off when he is ousted.
 
I would be shocked if criminal charges are brought against Donald Trump, Sr. I, too, think the report, if it ever sees the light of day, will be political devastation...although Trump supporters are idiots who will, as
Trump himself has noted, back him even if he shot someone to death outside Trump Tower.

My guess is that Trump, Jr...is going to catch the brunt of the pain of this investigation.


The stuff that will be brought will be federal crimes...and he will be pardoned immediately (probably before trial) by his father. Trump supporters will fill the airwaves and Internet for reasons why this makes sense.
 
Alan Dershowitz still has no logical explanation as to how both Ted Cruz and Obama graduated from his classroom as Constitution Scholars!

As their understanding of our Constitution is so contrasting, I think he should explain that one before saying anything else in public!
 
One very positive thing Mueller could do and probably has the ammunition 'to do', is go after Trump's family. Especially Donald junior, who is rather a dim bulb. And not to forget Kushner who is a lot smarter but has probably left himself open.

In any case, it's all very exciting to contemplate from a Canadian's POV!

Dersh has been a Trump protector the last couple of years. His coming out for this indicates the law is not on Trump's side. That makes his statement worth attention.

He's the son of a criminal who went to prison for blackmail, extortion and witness tampering among other crimes.
 
Kushner and Dershowitz are protected by the Zionist factor and that's significant within the Dem party. Whereas Donald junior can likely be thrown to the wolves.

It could be the greatest possible way to break Trump. Never forget that he's a psychopath and that makes it worth everybody's time to learn about what makes them tick. Trump highly values his family's hides but he values his own hide more than anything else.
