During yesterday's WH Briefing, Trump said that he was going to withhold funds to the WHO. Several minutes later, Trump actually denied that he even said it. Now, we ALL know that Trump is a pathogical liar, but this quick "lie and deny" may be the fastest one yet. It may well be an example of Trumps dementia as well.
