Yep, Merchan just made a farce into a surreal farce of a farce. He's given Trump "Unconditional discharge" in his criminal case. That is, Trump is guilty of 34 felonies but will not be sentenced to a day in prison, a dollar's fine, or any other penalty. How cool is that? I bet every criminal wants that sort of outcome!

Under normal circumstances he would have been penalized, however, given he would take office in a week in half, why bother, given he owns the SCOTUS the Judge decided it wasn’t worth the City’s time or expense to enforce any penalty

Take a gander at your Libtard hero's prosecution record and you'll see that criminals in NYC rarely face any real consequences for their misdeeds. But in Trump's case, where because he knew the Supreme Court will be dragged into this mess sooner rather than later—after more Libtard judges make complete fools of themselves—Bragg decided not to impose a jail sentence, so the case wouldn't be reviewed now. Why? Because it would've been overturned so fast it'd make your head spin. It's really not rocket science, for most people.

Remember, Trump did absolutely nothing wrong, and Bragg had to conjure up some bullshit to transform it into a felony, and magically extend that statute of limitations. Classic lawfare taken to the nth degree. And because most folks aren't Libtard drones, this circus act drove many straight to the Republican ticket, just as this will in the midterms and beyond. You see, now it's far from over and Trump will be sure that the overturned verdict lands real close to an election. lol

Hope this enlightens the Libtards—though I'm not holding my breath.

Bragg brought charges and judge shopped to get Trump convicted of a felony or 34 to stop his reelection. That failed miserably and now Merchan--the Judge--wants out of his deal with the devil so he's letting Trump walk.

Meanwhile, behind closed doors, the Democrats are probably telling Bragg he screwed the pooch and should dust off his resume.

For what purpose would anyone hire Bragg?


He is a corrupt, ineffective, bigoted, prosecutor, who is so completely tone-deaf, that he failed to see that his jihad to unhanded destroy Trump would create such backlash, that it insured Trump and the GOP's Victory!
