Nope. You can't impeach someone that is not in office.
Neither attempt has any bearing. There was no evidence of any crime. It was all just from hate. The Senate thought so too.

During the impeachment, however, Queen Pelosi did violate her oath of office. She failed to carry out her duty to the House, attempted to dictate to Senate where she has no authority, and attempted to dictate to the President, where she has no authority.
