That statement was written by a right wing Trumpy. It is not how you write a settlement in an investigation. He made it into a political document. Biden has shown himself capable of running the nation. That shows the statement was a political lie.
If you do not know the differences between Pence's and Biden's handling of classified documents and Trump's you have deluded yourself badly. Trump stole a truckload of highly classified documents, lied about them to the FBI and archives and hid many of them when they came for them. If you have deluded yourself into thinking they are the same things, I am impressed by how easily you can fool yourslf.
