We have plenty of people who are citizens that go without proper medical care. How about we take care of them first before taking care of the whole fucking world? Aside from that, Mexico has FREE socialized, government run, medical care for its citizens. Let them deal with this.

Being a "humanitarian" doesn't mean you should wreck your own life or family's in favor of strangers.

Taking care of that girl would have done nothing for your life or for American lives. I am sure if we help her and she survives, it would make a lot of Americans feel proud. Not you. Every dime of her care would come directly from your purse.

Why does the US have to do it at all? Mexico offers free, universal, socialized, government run healthcare to every Mexican citizen including this girl. Shouldn't Mexico be taking care of her?
