Vendors of Donald Trump-themed merchandise fought each other and were ejected before the Republican nominee headlined a rally at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan on Thursday, the Michigan Advance reported.
Video shared by reporter Anna Liz Nichols showed several blows exchanged in a confrontation involving at least four men on the campus. Watch it here.
Photographers for The Associated Press and Agence France-Presse also identified the combatants as sellers of Trump-related souvenirs, as did the former president’s campaign.
“The Trump campaign reports that all of the individuals involved in the altercation were vendors, none were attendees and all were ejected from the premises,” a Trump campaign official texted the Michigan Advance.
