The poll, heavily skewed upon party lines, gives tRump the title with a mere 18%. Non Republican votes were split among Obama, Biden, Fauci and others. As such, tRump is essentially the winner of a "One horse race". Even with his Republican support, tRump ONLY managed to beat Obama by 3 percentage points.

That said, the Gallop poll represents a very small polling slice. I have never been polled by Gallop for anything. Nor have many millions of other people.

The historical analogy here is the 1917 elections to Russia's constituent assembly.

The Bolsheviks claimed a mandate to rule winning 24% of the vote, even though Russian liberal and democratic socialist parties split the center-left vote and collectively won over 50% of the vote
 
Well, at least tRump won something during his four year debacle as POTUS. Our tRumptard friends can take some measure of pride in that........lol
