Now, if his rally bantering had ANY real substance that would be one thing. This was nothing more than a glaring example of how stupid the average Trump supporter really is.

Trump's budget was slashing 90 percent of the Great Lakes Funds. Then, in front of Michiganders, he said we will restore it and the people applauded. He said he would restore what he was taking away.
