First off, Trump was never charged with criminality. Secondly, trying to compare the Hillary criminal conduct of using a private email server to conduct the public's business, then destroying evidence while under investigation to a private company defending itself against frivolous lawsuits is asinine.

This is why we call it the FAKE media. Newsweek's article isn't about journalism. But rather, a hit piece trying to justify the criminal conduct of a hack like Hillary. It's weak sauce and not to be taking seriously except by radical leftist loons with severe TDS.

Wait a minute, let me see if I got this straight, "Trump was never charged with criminality," which if I'm not mistaken neither was Clinton, ever, even with all those conspiracies out there in the Fox bubble, but not being "charged with criminality" didn't stop you from labeling her actions as "criminal?" How does that happen?

There is a massive pile of evidence that Hillary did indeed commit crimes. Apparently you live in a cave and don't know that any Government using a private e-mail server to conduct the people's business in private is a criminal offense.

Did Hillary use a private e-mail server to conduct her business? Yes or no?

Hillary also destroyed evidence while under investigation which is a Federal crime. Did Hillary destroy evidence? Yes or no?

The corrupt anti-Trump hack Comey announced that there was nothing to prosecute even after admitting she committed these offenses. But it isn't Comey's job; that is the Attorney Generals job. Therefore, he was corrupt and a co-conspirator with Hillary.
