At some point, the law governing this will have to be modified. It was never written to, or recognized that, it would be abused in such a manner.

Trump is not thinking of how he can do the right thing, but looking for loopholes to see what he can get away with. When we get back to having real presidents, we can plug up the holes Trump exploited.

The Alaska hunting license scandal is much bigger but this will be another arrow in Schiffs quiver. The hunting license wil be abuse of power. Appointing this guy to head DNI is obstruction of Sen. Warners expectations. Now that impeachment hoax is over we're seeing new allegations against the president are piling up.
Impeachment 2.0 is inevitable in Trumps next term.
