A federal appeals court upheld a lower-court ruling that blocked President Donald Trump’s former personal attorney, Alina Habba, from serving as New Jersey’s top federal prosecutor.

Knewz.com has learned that the unanimous decision by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals ended months of conflict between the Trump administration and New Jersey’s federal judiciary over Habba’s appointment as U.S. attorney, an appointment judges said violated federal law.
