it does not matter. The immunity powers will mean nothing to Biden because he is not doing acts that require them. Trump needs the ability to escape crimes and he is creaming in his depends after the Suprmes made him safe assuming he blunders into the presidency again. Biden will continue to govern like a normal president.
I suppose we have to hope the wealthy and powerful in the background miscalculated and America will survive. Money=power. The Repub tax cuts to the wealthy and corporations have not been serendipitous for the top 1 percent, but part of a plan. The takeover of the judicial branch and loading up the Supreme Court has been planned and carried out.
Trump winning would signal the end of the American experiment and the beginning of a country that is owned by the few powerful people acting in the dark.
Do not underestimate them. They have been working slowly and carefully behind the screens. It seems they have won.
