Trumpy The Fraudster

August 21, 2016 - "Donald Trumps campaign wavered Sunday on whether he would continue to call for the mass deportation of 11 million illegal immigrants from the United States, the latest in a series of sometimes-clumsy attempts to win over moderate GOP voters without alienating millions who have flocked to his hard-line views.

After insisting for more than a year that all illegal immigrants “have to go,” Trump met with a newly created panel of Hispanic advisers on Saturday and asked for other ideas — making clear that his position is not finalized, according to two attendees. Any shift would represent a remarkable retreat on one of the Republican nominee’s signature issues.

The meeting prompted attempts by Trump advisers on Sunday to clarify his position. Campaign manager Kellyanne Conway said on CNN that Trump’s stance on mass deportations was “to be determined” but that he will be “fair and humane for those who live among us in this country.” Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), a close Trump adviser, said on CBS that the nominee is “wrestling” with the issue but has not changed his position yet.

“People that are here unlawfully, came into the country against our laws, are subject to being removed,” Sessions said. “That’s just plain fact.”

The remarks were the latest in a series of moves by Trump or his aides in recent weeks to alter or shade his position on issues that have been central to his appeal — an effort that has accelerated as he fades in the polls behind Democratic rival Hillary Clinton."

SOMEBODY......GET A NET!!!!

It's sounding like Trumpy's headed for a MEGA-MELTDOWN.....or, another tantrum.

It's getting harder-and-harder to distinguish between the two.

August 22, 2016 - “If he loses, [he’ll say] ‘It’s a rigged election.’ If he wins, he’ll say it was rigged and he beat it. And that’s where this is headed no matter what the outcome is,” said one Trump ally.

“If Donald Trump loses, he is going to point the finger at the media and the GOP establishment. I can’t really picture him giving a concession speech, whatever the final margin.”

And Hillary Clinton is also a felon and a pathological, narcissists and world class liar! Why do you not mention that?:dunno:

Partisans are such brainwashed twits!:rofl2::cof1:

August 30, 2016 - "Donald J. Trump and his now-defunct real-estate university lost another legal attempt to block former students from suing as a group in a California case accusing the Republican presidential candidate of fraud.

Trump University is accused of cheating students by persuading them to pay tens of thousands of dollars for real-estate seminars that turned out to be "infomercials" for buying more classes. The former students also claim workshops were led by instructors who hadn't been "hand-picked" by Trump as promised.

U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel in San Diego on Monday rejected Trump's argument that one of the lead plaintiffs in the case, Sonny Low, wasn't actually concerned with whether Trump University was an accredited institution. One of the key claims in the class-action suit is that the students had relied on their belief that the school was accredited when they paid to attend.

The judge pointed to other portions of the deposition that suggested the former student believed Trump University was legitimate due to its association with Trump, regardless of whether it was accredited. "Besides being a multi-billionaire in real estate, he set up Trump University, which I would presume that he took all the steps necessary to set up a proper institution that he could call a university, with his name next to it," Low said in the deposition.

Trump is also asking Curiel to undo class-action status in a second Trump University class action in San Diego in which the Republican presidential nominee is accused of racketeering.

Trump's lawyer in the case, Daniel Petrocelli, didn't immediately respond to a phone call seeking comment on the ruling."

September 10, 2016 - "The Donald J. Trump Foundation is not like other charities. An investigation of the foundation — including examinations of 17 years of tax filings and interviews with more than 200 individuals or groups listed as donors or beneficiaries — found that it collects and spends money in a very unusual manner.

For one thing, nearly all of its money comes from people other than Trump. In tax records, the last gift from Trump was in 2008. Since then, all of the donations have been other people’s money — an arrangement that experts say is almost unheard of for a family foundation.

Trump then takes that money and generally does with it as he pleases. In many cases, he passes it on to other charities, which often are under the impression that it is Trumps own money.

In two cases, he has used money from his charity to buy himself a gift. In one of those cases — not previously reported — Trump spent $20,000 of money earmarked for charitable purposes to buy a six-foot-tall painting of himself.

Money from the Trump Foundation has also been used for political purposes, which is against the law. The Washington Post reported this month that Trump paid a penalty this year to the Internal Revenue Service for a 2013 donation in which the foundation gave $25,000 to a campaign group affiliated with Florida Attorney General Pamela Bondi (R).

Trumps foundation appears to have repeatedly broken IRS rules, which require nonprofit groups to file accurate paperwork. In five cases, the Trump Foundation told the IRS that it had given a gift to a charity whose leaders told The Post that they had never received it. In two other cases, companies listed as donors to the Trump Foundation told The Post that those listings were incorrect.

Last week, The Post submitted a detailed list of questions about the Trump Foundation to Trumps campaign. Officials with the campaign declined to comment."

This commercial and the democrats who ran are the FRAUDS. They falsely say that Trump was mocking a disabled guy. Actually. Trump didn't know the guy was disabled. In the John McCain thing, Trump was right. McCain was NOT a hero. He was a collaborator, according to his fellow POWs. And for women ? Trump hired women to executive positions back in the 70s, before it became the "cool" thing to do. And because of hi sage, and how long he's been doing it, he might have hired more women to high-pay jobs than anyone in America.

Dumb TV ad. False reporting.

1. Trump was right about McCain. He's NOT a war hero. He was a collaborator.

2. He probably DOES know more than the current generals. They're all YES MEN who don't ask questions, and Obama doesn't provide information. That's because he doesn't approve of what the generals do. Obama is strictly anti-war; anti-military.

3. Khizr Khan was a phony, DNC paid-shill. He was a Muslim Brotherhood author, in Clinton Foundation cahoots, and an immigration lawyer, who deleted his website when his conflict of interest was exposed.

Strike 1.....Strike 2.......Strike 3.

Leave it to liberals to take an issue and turn it inside out, and then blab about it.EARTH TO SHAMAN: Trump has nothing to hide on Foundation. The stuff you said is how it is SUPPOSED TO BE. But the Clinton Foundation is all NOT the way it's supposed to be. The Clintons took Millions$$ from good-hearted people for such charities as stopping elephant poachers, giving 1st grade kids reading help, assisting the poor. In reality, only a tiny % ever went to these good causes, with the Clintons and their cronies POCKETING the overwhelming majority of it. HA HA. You really want to talk about Foundations ? I don't think so. And now the Clintons are in hot water for transferring govt favors for Foundation donations (pay for play) Do you watch the news at all ? The Clintons are who is images (4).jpg

September 12, 2016 - "A spokeswoman for Donald Trump's presidential campaign, seeking to rebut criticism of the GOP nominee's history of charitable giving, said that Trump has given away "tens of millions of dollars" over his life.

But spokeswoman Hope Hicks offered no details about that number, beyond saying that it included donations from the Donald J. Trump Foundation -- a charity that, despite its name, has been filled almost entirely with other people's money in recent years.

Hicks also provided no information about how much -- if any -- of the donations she was describing had come from Trump's own pocket.

The Washington Post has spent the past few months searching for evidence of that kind of personal donation, without much success. The Post has called 326 charities with connections to Trump, asking if they had received a gift of the nominee's own money. Between 2008 and this May, that search turned up just one gift, from 2009. It worth less than $10,000."

Lol, you're full of it.

Trump's claims to non-memory were widely considered to be disingenuous, as Kovaleski had covered Trump extensively while working for the Daily News from 1987 to 1993 and had interviewed and talked to the business magnate numerous times during that period:

Donald and I were on a first-name basis for years. I’ve interviewed him in his office. I’ve talked to him at press conferences. All in all, I would say around a dozen times, I’ve interacted with him as a reporter while I was at The Daily News.

Default More About Canada's Failed Health Care System.
On November 2, 2015, an elderly man presented himself at the emergency room of St. Mary’s Hospital in Montreal, complaining of severe abdominal pain. He lost consciousness; an ultrasound revealed an aortic aneurism, likely accompanied by severe internal bleeding.

The patient needed immediate surgery. Instead of operating, the hospital transferred him by ambulance to another institution. He died before he could be treated there.

Why wouldn’t St. Mary’s operate on this critically ill patient? Because the requisite procedure was deemed “eccentric to the mission” of the hospital. Translation: It was no longer performed there, even though a vascular surgeon was on call at the time and could have saved the man’s life.

Tragically, this isn’t the first time such a policy has killed a patient. At a press conference last October, Ontario doctors decried the health care rationing which resulted in the death of a terminally-ill patient in the emergency room. In Saskatchewan, a hospital is under investigation after a man with heart disease died after waiting three and a half hours in the ER complaining of chest pains. Earlier that year, in P.E.I., a woman recounted how her father-in-law died after waiting days for an ambulance to transport him to another hospital for treatment.

In 2014, a Fraser Institute report on wait times and mortality found that, between 1994 and 2009, “increases in wait times for medically necessary elective treatment may be associated with 44,273 additional female deaths … (representing) 2.5 per cent of total female deaths during the period or 1.2 per cent of total mortality (male and female) during the period.” For non life-threatening procedures, such as knee or hip surgery, over-long wait times are also routine, according to the Canadian Institute for Health Information; while they may not mean death, they do lead to prolonged agony, lost productivity and dependency on pain medication.

open quote 761b1bHealth authorities and hospitals impose rationing to stay within budget. Meanwhile, Canadians with the money to do so take it outside the country to spend on private alternatives.
So it’s no surprise that more and more Canadians are seeking care outside the country. Another Fraser study found that 52,523 patients travelled outside the country to obtain medical treatment in 2014, up from 41,838 patients in 2013. The main reasons were delays in obtaining treatment, followed by a desire to obtain state-of-the-art care.

It's sounding, more-and-more, like Trumpy might be a little-too-busy....in COURT....to be President.

September 12, 2016 - "Five times, the Trump Foundation's tax filings described giving a specific amount of money to a specific charity — in some cases, even including the recipient's address. But when The Post called, the charities listed said the tax filings appeared wrong. They'd never received anything from Trump or his foundation.

The Post asked Trump's staff to explain these five apparent errors.

It has explained one."
