I've always been a proponent of the public health approach to managing drug abuse. Obvisously prohibition and the law enforcement approach have been a disastrous failure.

It's still an uphill sell for politicians and won't happen any time soon. Those who advocate the end of prohibition will be beaten up as being soft on crime. You won't see serious political action until the majority of Americans wise up and want to see it ended. Were getting close to that. it's about 55 to 45 againstt now.

Is a green chile cheeseburger. It consists of your ordinary cheeseburger with roasted green chile. The green chile can be anywhere from mild to extra hot, though usually it is medium or hot. It is usual fair at almost every local restaurant here in southern new mexico and in many in northern new mexico. Usually served with fries. THere is a bar in San Antonio New Mexico called the Owl Bar that has really good green chile cheese burgers.

Damn you for that pic. I had the best green chile cheese burger in San Antonio. Its been a few years, but I still remember the flavors. Now I am hungry again. lol
