Witnesses to the horror scene described seeing a woman crying and being comforted by police officers, as another claimed a "skinny white guy" fled the shop after the attack.

The attack on the young boy has been described as "pure evil" by City Council Leader Marc Bayliss.

The boy was rushed to hospital with serious burns but has since been discharged.

Police said the long-term effect of the toddler's injuries are not yet known.

Yeah, lets see, the UK averages about sixty gun homicides a year because they have strict gun laws, and the US goes for around nine thousand a year and we have loose gun laws, I think the US parents are the ones suffering and it ain't cause of being deprived
