It might be a tangible demonstration of how isolated Putin, Moon, Dukha, Lesion-Watermark, and Tucker Carlson are.

Should Russia really be there after this?
Maybe some mechanism to 'Remove' a Permanent Member that Violates the Charter?
Maybe some way to reflect the Global Order? (like adding Japan)
