Ironic, so now the border is 99.99% secure but life in America continues just as it always did before the border was 99.99% secure, how did that happen

I prefer a complete reform of the nation’s immigration laws, which had a start last year but Trump killed it so that he could pimp immigration as a campaign issue, constant EO’s are just putting your finger in the dam
