I just watched an ex-FBI chief explaining for 15 minutes why it was clear that the perpetrator was a professional . Now there are full facial vids of the killer all over the Internet. He's obviously a malignant rank amateur.

He is an amateur that is proficient with operating a automatic. It's odd that he had one or two misfires. Either he was shooting reloads or had a dirty gun are a crappy made gun. Misfire happen but are very rare with a good gun and ammo. Him not wearing sunglasses and eating and throwing his trash away where it could be recovered is amateurish. Also they found a phone in the alleyway ? If it is his that is very sloppy. Also he wrote Deny Depose and Delay on the shell casings. That makes it seem like a disgruntled patient or family

It is a reference to the strategy of insurance companies, "Delay, Deny, Defend." The adding of "Depose" in is, possibly intentionally, nonsensical. It is either the act of someone stupid and insane, or attempting to look stupid and insane.

It is either a disgruntled family member egged on by trump's rhetoric, or a trump loyalist implementing the purge. Whatever, we will see an explosion of similar acts over the next few years. It is what it is.
