Kudos to those here who worked 30 plus career years to build this type of investment, btw....I wonder how many here can claim that?

Younger people don't 'save'. They're too busy living Life. You'll have to do it for them.

Not always true...My daughter has a very nice savings account...;) I used to speak of how we encouraged (made) her to do that back in the day on Amazon...some disagreed with our "method"...can you imagine? I really will check into that ROTH thingie...thanks...

You can continue 'contributing' into it after the age of 70 and 1/2. That's another plus from a 'Traditional IRA'. You need a 'Wage'. I list myself as 'Property Manager', that works for the IRS.
