Maybe we should farm?
Manufacturing's dead.
But all you trade deficit fear mongers should be ecstatic. This means our goods will be cheaper abroad and foreign goods will be more expensive.
Does not really matter. Whatever we sell abroad (services, manufactured goods or farm goods) becomes cheaper. Damo is just an idiot anti trader. j/k

Then there is the Fact that if the dollar falls too much awe will pay dearly for OIL so it will cost us much more to manufacture anything, even farm products....
foreign investment will be reducrd substantially.....
