His lawyer is awful. This was the restraining order hearing. They have defied the restraining order, and had no reason for not complying. There is no appeal for this process. The hearing is the appeal.

Wrong again, Earl. He tried to go around it. A violation of the spirit but not the letter of the ruling. That said, I was always against the idea along with the other Democrat proposal to give "Free College".

Chief Justice John Roberts, writing for the majority, said that the debt cancellation program was not legal because it did not have “clear congressional authorization” through the 2003 HEROES Act, which the Biden administration had cited as the law granting the education secretary the authority to implement the program. In response, the White House said it will seek to use a different law, the Higher Education Act, to implement its student-debt forgiveness plan.
