why would anyone believe just giving more to the rich and big corporations would lead to them paying their workers more or hiring more workers? let us say you build refrigerators. and trump cut 200K from your personal and corporate taxes in one year.....are you really going to go just give a thousand workers that dough, which would be about 200 bucks a piece, or go hire a bunch more workers, UNLESS THE DEMAND FOR YOUR REFRIGERATORS WENT UP, AND YOU NEEDED MORE WORKERS TO KEEP UP WITH THE SUPPLY?

The economy needs to be built from the bottom up, to get the most bang for the buck. if the vast number of consumers, who are the working poor and middle class, pay less taxes or get more income in general, then they tend to go buy more stuff that rich people provide the goods and services for....and that makes the rich richer and it makes them hire more workers to keep up with the demand....much more of an economic kick starter than GIVING THE RICH MORE....

reagan cut taxes for the rich by 42%.....but raised taxes 11 times on everybody else, including the largest peace time tax hike in our history...AND STILL ALMOST TRIPLED THE PUBLIC DEBT!!!

good point. most college educated folks, white or black or yellow or brown, voted for biden and for democrats. most college educated folks make more dough than those who do not. most high school dropouts and other illiterates voted for trump, by a huge majority.
