I used to know exactly how he felt. Now, not so much.

Sadly it was a biased antiwar film. But from an intertainment standpoint it was pretty good. Remember the scene where the river boat gunner craped in his pants when he ran across a tiger?

Most Vietnam movies have an anti-war side to them. Actually most war movies seem to have an anti-war aspect. War is not something we should get into if it can be avoided without risking harm to Americans. Putin could’ve avoided his war and Bush could’ve avoided Iraq.

One of the best anti-war books is “all quiet on the western front.”
