Warren Jeffs..............

Well..........

He'll serve three and go right back to it all.

I do believe one must serve at least 7-12 years for a life sentence before they are eligible for parole...at any rate if he were to get out you are probably correct!

Side note:,,,api is reporting 10 years to life!

Yeah. That's why it says 5 (mandatory minimum) and then a parole board review for the rest of his life. Because they're going to let him out at 3, and never going to ever monitor his movements after that. The whole world is against Damo!

Yeah, it is 10 to life, and then charges in Arizona. Cocksucker won't ever see the light of day again.

Mormons are wackos. I think for the safety of the nation, we really need to just lock all Mormons up.

It doesn't say that. It say 5 to Life. However, he was sentenced twice. This means that he must serve them consecutively. Because of crowding we let people out after 75% of their sentence is served, in this case it would be about 7 years before he is first eligible for parole.

Well Damo, at the base of the issue, it was rape. It was "abetting rape", which I'm sure carries the same exact charge as actual rape. These sentences seem to be about in line with a charge of rape, however, that's not all he's getting charged with. He did some horrible stuff in his time in ministry, and this was just the first of it.

With all these three strikes prisoners filling our prisons for stealing razorblades and whatnot, we're bound to have a bit of prisoner overcrowding. With state taxes constantly being cut there's no money to build new prisons to house all of these new prisoners. The prison population doubled from 1990 to 2000, mainly because of three strikes.
