Large amounts of GHB, a "date rape drug" were discovered at a man's house, police said.

After intercepting a package containing GHB, police obtained a warrant to search Benny Palmieri's house. Police found large amounts of the date rape drug along with crystal meth and paraphernalia.

Bond has been set at $120,000 for the former owner of Rita’s Italian Ice in Powell who was accused of sexually assaulting several of his employees.

Danny Kitsos turned himself in to police March 25. The 53-year-old faces a 17 count indictment after multiple reports that he used drugs and alcohol to ploy five of his underage female employees into sexual contact.

Prosecutors say Kitsos either sold or gave drugs to the girls during what was originally dubbed “Fun Fridays.”
