How dare they..

Imagine anyone, any other civil SERVANT working for you demanding our right to know/see be blocked..

ALL I CAN SAY IS FUCK YOU & FUCK YOUR UNION.......... This is America, not a fucking their world shithole-we have rights-you work for us, not us for you........

You don't like it, find another job, like everyone else has to...................

Yep.............

Funny certain ppl that are always bashing unions, never complain about this union trying to coverUp what the body cams are there for.....

The key word here is mandatory. Forcing the release of body cam footage and officer's names involved in a shooting is a bad idea. This could compromise the defense as well as the prosecution of a criminal. The officer's name is often withheld for safety reasons. Release should be done whenever possible, but the decision shouldn't be forced by law.

On the other hand, had Minnesota had this law Keith Ellison would have had to release the footage of the Floyd arrest in its entirety and that might have crippled the whole BLM movement before it got started...

It is evidence in an ongoing investigation. It should be used in a court of law. Not a court of public opinion.

A couple of points first of which the District rushed through legislation right after the riots started that all body cam and names of officers be made public within 5 days. It takes far longer than that to even get started investigating an incidnt.

The union is right, wait till the end of the investigation and the finding of the courts before releasing their names. The second point is they are putting the officers families in jeopardy by releasing their names before they are even given a to be cleared by investigation or by triall.

The law saws mandatory release, why do you hate following the law so much.............:palm:

Are you saying all information/evidence collected for a jury trial by both the prosecution and defense should be publicized?

fuck you=there is your answer leech..............

Thank you for your constructive criticism. Leech? No, not quite. You wouldn't want to pay my taxes.

Oh, and thanks for your insightful reply. Fine debate tactics you have there, Bill.
